By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Wholesale Customers
Rentoes is primarily a wholesale footwear supplier.
Our products and prices are intended for business customers purchasing goods for resale or other commercial purposes.
The minimum order quantity is generally 12 pairs per carton/style, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with us in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet our wholesale requirements.
2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and specifications shown on our website are accurate.
However, colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings or manufacturing batches.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund for the unavailable item.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Prices & VAT
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT.
UK VAT will be added at the applicable rate during checkout where required.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to their stated terms and availability.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Full payment is normally required before goods are dispatched unless separate credit terms have been agreed with us in writing.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment problem or other reasonable business reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Delivery
We deliver using third-party courier services.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment and order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, strikes, customs, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional charges may apply to remote areas, offshore locations or other destinations where courier surcharges apply.
6. Inspection of Goods & Claims
Customers should inspect all goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly and provide the relevant order details together with clear photographs where appropriate.
For courier-related shortages or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where applicable, raise a claim with the courier.
Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
7. Returns & Refunds
As our website primarily supplies goods on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis, consumer cancellation rights may not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Returns are subject to our separate Refund Policy.
Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, returns of unwanted wholesale goods are not automatically accepted and must be authorised by us in advance.
Approved returned goods should be unworn, unused and in their original packaging unless the return relates to a fault.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Product Sizing
Footwear sizing can vary slightly between different styles and manufacturers.
UK and EU size conversions shown on our website are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes and size assortments when placing wholesale orders.
Minor variations in fit, colour, texture or finish that are normal for the type of product or manufacturing process will not necessarily constitute a defect.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information where necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
