TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General
This website is operated by ELSA SHOES LTD. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Wholesale Only
We operate as a wholesale supplier.

  • Minimum order: 12 pairs per carton

  • Orders below minimum quantity will not be accepted

3. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise

  • UK VAT (20%) will be added at checkout

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required before dispatch

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

5. Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days via DPD or Parcelforce.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take 3–4 working days.

Next Day Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses; however, deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 48 hours.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery times and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Claims

  • If you have not received your order, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

    We are unable to investigate or raise a claim with the courier for any reports made after this period.

7. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
