DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch wholesale orders quickly and reliably from our UK warehouse.

UK Mainland Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment and order confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Once dispatched, delivery to most UK mainland addresses is normally next working day via DPD, Parcelforce or another suitable courier service.

Please note that next-day delivery refers to the courier's expected delivery time after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

Northern Ireland & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Northern Ireland normally take approximately 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries to remote, rural, offshore or other extended-area locations may take longer and may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas and other peak trading periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, strikes, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
